Alpstein XIX is a Swiss single malt from Säntis Malt, the 19th release in its Alpstein series. It is a limited edition in a 50cl bottle, bottled at 48% ABV, with only around 2,200 bottles produced.
The whisky is matured for seven years, beginning in oak beer barrels before a finish in sherry casks.
