A Sauvignon from Alto Adige showing vibrant freshness and a decided but not invasive aromatic profile. The glass brings sharp citrus notes, tomato leaf and light white floral hints, with an alpine herbaceous undertone. The palate is linear and well defined, with crisp acidity supporting the drink and a pleasant final sapidity. It suits delicate seafood, steamed fish, shellfish, vegetable antipasti and fresh cheeses, and can also handle more aromatic dishes.
