Sazerac Rye 6 Year Old (70cl)

Sazerac Rye is a six year old rye whiskey in a 70cl bottle, named after a drink with deep roots in New Orleans. The tradition of rye whiskey there dates back to the 1800s, when saloons posing as coffee houses lined the city's streets. At the Sazerac Coffee House on Royal Street, patrons were served toddies made with rye whiskey and Peychaud's Bitters. The drink became known as the Sazerac, regarded as America's first branded cocktail.
