Sazerac Straight Rye is a straight rye whiskey from the USA, bottled by the Sazerac Company at 45% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Rye is the main grain in the mash. It is chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose is spicy, with rye, pepper and dried herbs. On the palate it is full-bodied, with pronounced rye spice alongside sweet vanilla and caramel. The finish is long and dry, with fine spice and a touch of oak.
