Scapa 10 Year Old is an Orkney single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 48%. It is matured in ex-American oak barrels.
The nose is fresh pineapple, mango ice cream, crème brûlée and honey-drenched pancakes, with a touch of citrus peel. On the palate there are spiced stewed apples, vanilla custard, banana, charred oak and milk chocolate. The finish is fruity and gently spiced.
