A 10 year old single malt from Scapa, a distillery founded in 1885 on the shores of Scapa Flow and counted among the northernmost in Scotland. It is made from malted barley without peat smoke. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and natural colour, with an amber tone. The nose combines ripe mango and pineapple with crème brûlée, honey and a touch of cinnamon. On the palate come juicy apple and soft banana in creamy milk chocolate, vanilla and gentle oak. The finish is long, with fruit and fine spice in balance.
