A single cask 13-year-old Island single malt from Highland Park, released as Secret Island by North Star Spirits in its Series 26. It was distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2025 at a cask strength of 58.2%, without colouring or chill filtration.
The whisky matured in a single refill hogshead, which yielded 264 bottles.
The nose is heathery, with soft peat and banoffee pie. On the palate there are caramelised apples with cinnamon, and the finish carries on with cinnamon and funky fruit.
