Sequoia Organic Peated Single Malt Whisky

Sequoia Organic Peated Single Malt is a French whisky made from organically grown cereals. The peat gives it a smoky character, and distillation aims to keep the aromas clean. The nose is smoky and vegetal, with herbs, cereal, a little spice and a hint of freshness. On the palate come smoke, malt, dried fruit and spice in a fluid texture, with the peat balanced by some sweetness. The finish is long, with smoky, vegetal and lightly spiced notes.
