Sheep Dip Islay Blended Malt Scotch Whisky (75cl)

Sheep Dip is a small batch Islay blended malt Scotch whisky in a 75cl bottle, put together from single malts from around Scotland. The blend draws on 16 single malts from the four major whisky regions. The name looks back to the farmers who took distilling into their own hands and passed their whisky around Scotland, from the Islands to Speyside, ahead of the excise man. Fresh fruit, candied citrus peel, peat and soft butterscotch show on the nose. The palate is creamy, with soft fruit and building spice, and an earthy smokiness grows through the finish.
