A single cask Japanese whisky from Shizuoka, distilled in 2017 and bottled in 2021 at 50.4% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is unpeated and was matured in an ex-bourbon cask.
The cask was bottled for the Awaya Hotel and yielded 244 bottles.
Toffee, banana and a light solvent note lead the nose, with a sweet and sour edge. The palate brings plenty of banana, light cream, minerals, cloves and wood spice, slightly sweet, followed by a medium finish of spice and wood.
