This is a single-cask Japanese single malt from the Shizuoka distillery, matured in a bourbon cask for just under four years. It is Edition No2 in the World Symphony Series, a private cask bottling made for the International Connoisseur Society of Taiwan.
It is bottled at a cask strength of 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle, and 280 bottles were produced.
The nose offers honey, apple, hay and cereals with vanilla and a little citrus. The palate is punchy and fruity, with cookie dough and honeydew, and the finish is medium long, warm and spiced.
