Sibona Barolo Grappa is a single-varietal grappa from the Sibona distillery in Piobesi d'Alba, Piemonte. It is distilled from Nebbiolo pomace sourced from the Barolo DOCG zone, the same grape that makes the region's Barolo wines.
The grappa is then aged in oak, which adds hints of wood and vanilla to the Nebbiolo base. It comes in a 1 litre bottle.
