Sibona Whiskey Barrel Grappa is an Italian grappa from the Sibona distillery in Piobesi d'Alba, Piemonte. It is finished in ex-Tennessee whiskey barrels and sold in a one litre bottle.
The time in American whiskey wood adds vanilla, caramel and toasted oak over the grappa beneath, pairing an Italian tradition with a cask more usually associated with American whiskey.
