Silkie The Legendary Irish Whiskey (46%)

Silkie is an Irish whiskey bottled at 46% ABV, inspired by the folklore of the Silkies, seal creatures said to take human form along the Donegal coast. It is made from a selection of Irish whiskeys matured in both bourbon and sherry casks, and has a slightly smoky profile. The nose is soft smoke, honeyed malt, green apple, vanilla and toasted oak, with a light coastal freshness. The palate is smooth and rounded, with gentle peat smoke, sweet barley, caramel, orchard fruit, sherry richness and warming spice. The finish is medium to long and clean, with soft smoke and malt sweetness.
