Sonoma – Bourbon (70cl)

Sonoma Bourbon is an American bourbon from the Sonoma distillery in California, in a 70cl bottle. It is double distilled in direct-fired pot stills. The founders chose this method as a nod to their distant ancestors, who were among the first to distil yellow corn in the American West. The mash bill is 70% corn, 25% wheat and 5% malted barley. The style is rich and powerful, with notes of corn, biscuit and new oak, spices such as ginger, clove and nutmeg, stone fruit including apricot and peach, vanilla, liquorice, and herbal and minty touches.
