A Souvignier Gris from Alto Adige DOC, made by Ritterhof.
The wine opens with white flowers, pear, golden apple, discreet herbaceous notes and a mineral note. The palate is immediate and well balanced, with lively acidity, sapidity, medium body and a light creaminess, finishing with a hint of bitter almond.
It suits delicate fish dishes, shellfish, white meats, fresh cheeses, light risottos and delicate oriental cuisine, and can be served as an aperitif at around 10-12 °C.
