Speyburn – 10 Year Old (70cl, 43%)

A Speyside single malt from the Speyburn distillery, part of the permanent core range and first released in the mid-2000s. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. The whisky is matured for 10 years in American oak ex-bourbon casks. In the tasting notes, the nose offers fresh orange, delicate cinnamon and red apple. The palate has hints of toffee and butterscotch alongside fresh apple pie, and the finish is long and sweet.
