The distillery sits in a sheltered glen and is known for a fruit-led Speyside style. This is one of its older expressions, and it is unpeated.
The nose combines honey, baked apple, vanilla and toffee with a hint of dried fruit. On the palate it is smooth and rounded, with orchard fruit, butterscotch, cinnamon and gentle oak. The finish is medium to long, warm and sweet, with soft spice.
