A single cask Speyburn from Speyside, distilled in April 2017 and matured for eight years in a first-fill Armagnac butt. Hart Brothers bottled it in June 2025 at 46% in a 70cl bottle, without colouring or chill-filtration.
In the glass it is pale gold. Malt, violets and vanilla sit with dried fruit on the nose, and soft wood runs from the nose through to the finish.
On the palate there are spicy cereal notes with nuts, rich sweetness and gentle hints of sherry. The finish is soft and complex, ending on a light touch of wood.
