It is a vatting of two refill American hogsheads, bottled non-chill filtered and at natural colour. Batch 18/022 produced 528 bottles. The nose is sweet, with tropical fruit and floral undertones. The palate is warming, with ripe pear, elderflower and grapefruit, and the finish brings subtle herbal notes and a charred oak edge.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
