This is an 8-year-old Speyburn single malt from Speyside, distilled in 2017 and bottled in 2025 by Hart Brothers. It was matured in a first fill Armagnac butt.
The nose shows spicy malt with floral violet and creamy vanilla, with subtle oak and dried fruit behind. The palate has strong grain character, pronounced nutty tones and a velvety sweetness, along with some sherry cask influence.
The finish is smooth and layered, with fine wood spice and good length.
