Speyburn Bordeaux Red Wine Cask is a Speyside single malt that the distillery released for travel retail, in a one litre bottle. It was first sold in duty-free shops.
After its main maturation, the whisky spent further time in Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon casks, which were chosen to add depth and aroma. The distillery bottled it at 40% ABV.
