Speyburn – Bourbon Cask (70cl, 40%)

Speyburn Bourbon Cask is a Speyside single malt matured in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It joined the revised core range in 2024, alongside the Rum Cask Finish. The cask choice pairs the distillery's light, clean character with gentle oak, vanilla and soft sweetness, and the whisky keeps a fruity freshness. Fresh green apple, honey and lemon on the nose are joined by vanilla. Honey and vanilla lead on the palate, followed by fine spice, brown sugar and sweet cream. The finish is long and soft.
