Speyburn Jerez Cask is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky created for travel retail. Its finishing stage uses Spanish sherry casks that previously held Oloroso, Manzanilla and Fino, bringing three named sherry styles into its maturation.
The distillery introduced the expression for the duty-free market. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a one-litre bottle.
