Speyburn Rum Cask Finish is an official Speyside single malt from Speyburn Distillery, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matured in bourbon casks and was finished in rum casks, which add tropical fruit and warm spice.
The nose offers exotic fruit, caramelised banana, baba au rhum and citrus. The palate is soft, with buttery pastry, peach, cinnamon, vanilla and a touch of oak. The finish carries tropical fruit and gentle spice.
