The nose is bright and vibrant, with green apples, gorse, wine gums and a coastal note. The palate is well balanced, with a touch of peat smoke and sweet icing sugar and white chocolate, then tomato plant, sunflower seeds and linseed oil. The finish brings honey and gooseberries.
