A Trento DOC sparkling wine from Ritterhof, presented in magnum. It has a fine perlage and an elegant profile, with white-fleshed fruit, citrus, a light floral note and yeasty toasted-bread aromas. The palate is smooth and creamy, supported by delicate bubbles, clean acidity and a pleasant, lingering finish. The magnum format gives a softer reading and good capacity for evolution. Serve cold, as an aperitif or with seafood starters, raw fish, shellfish, creamy risottos and more structured fish dishes.
