St. George Single Malt Whisky No. 21 is a single malt from the St. George distillery in California.
The palate opens with pale and crystal malts, which deepen into dusty cocoa and bittersweet chocolate, leading towards molé with cinnamon and nutmeg. Spice builds at the back of the palate alongside cream, butter, clover honey, honey roasted peanuts and a sweet citrus note of Semillon wine. The finish is long, with liquorice and chocolate mint giving a cooling feel, and ends towards gunpowder tea and ale.
