St. George California Shochu is a shochu from St. George Spirits, a craft distillery that began as an eau de vie producer in 1982.
On the nose it shows cashew, pistachio, sweet mushrooms and finally dried cocoa. The cocoa carries through to the palate, where it turns to bittersweet chocolate.
