This is a peated single malt from the St. Kilian distillery, matured in an Eisbock beer cask and bottled at 60.3% ABV in a 50cl bottle. It is the sixth release under The Liquid Madness label, a partnership between Sebastian Büssing and Tilo Schnabel of The Caskhound. The bottling is limited to 342 bottles.
The nose offers warm campfire smoke, roasting chestnuts, honey mead, malty beer and a little yeasty dough. On the palate a peppery start gives way to honey, biscuit dough, roasted malt and resin, with smoke underneath. The finish is medium in length and warming, with smoke, cocoa powder and drying wood.

Warm smoke like a campfire, chestnuts on glowing logs, honey mead, malty beer, a little yeasty dough, a hint of tree resin
Peppery, alcoholic start, then honey, mead and biscuit dough, spicy malty roast, resinous notes and delicate nuttiness, with warm smoke beneath
Medium length and warming, with some smoke and cocoa powder, drying to woody notes
