Signature Edition Seventeen is a German single malt from St. Kilian Distillers, made from spirit distilled between 2018 and 2021. It matured in a mix of cask types until 2025, among them ex-rum casks, before the whiskies were married together.
It is bottled at 54.6% ABV in a 50cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and without added colour.
The nose combines ripe fruit, vanilla and malt with fine spice and some sweetness. The palate is full and balanced, with caramel, fruit, spice and soft oak. The finish is long and warm, with fruit, spice and wood.
