St. Kilian Signature Edition Sixteen is a German single malt from St. Kilian Distillers, part of the Signature series. It is bottled at 55.3% in a 50cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and without added colouring.
It is made from distillates of 2018 and 2019 that matured in different types of cask, including ex-Portugal wine casks, until bottling in 2025.
The nose is fruity and spicy, with vanilla, malt and a fine sweetness. The palate brings ripe fruit, caramel, spice and pleasant oak. The finish is long and warm, with fruit, spice and wood.
