St-Rémy Signature is a French brandy from a house created in 1886.
The grapes come from French wine regions including Burgundy, Champagne, the Rhône Valley, Languedoc-Roussillon, the Loire Valley, Bordeaux and Beaujolais. Distillation takes place in both column and pot stills, and only the heart of the run is kept. The eaux-de-vie are aged in small French oak barrels, then blended by the Master Blender for mellow, well-rounded aromas.
