Starward Dolce is an Australian single malt from the distillery's Project Release series, in a 50cl bottle. The whisky matured for four years, from 2016 to 2020, most of that time in red wine casks. It was then finished in Sicilian dessert wine casks. Bottled at 48% ABV without added colouring or chill-filtration, it was released in a run of 4,800 bottles.
