Starward Nova is the Australian distillery's signature single malt, bottled at 41% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured only in red wine barrels from local Australian wineries, and the style is fruit-forward. On the nose it offers red berries, dark chocolate and orchard fruit. The palate is described as a rich chocolate and raspberry pudding with vanilla, caramel and spice. The finish is long and soft, with bright red fruit joined gradually by a touch of oak.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
