Starward Nova is a double-distilled Australian single malt made with locally sourced barley, bottled at 41% in a 70cl bottle. It is unpeated, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
It was matured in ex-red wine barrels sourced from wineries in the Yarra Valley and Barossa Valley.
Starward was founded by David Vitale in 2008 and moved to a larger site in Melbourne eight years later.
