Starward Solera is an Australian single malt whisky, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is aged in Apera barrels, the Australian take on sherry, which bring rich notes of caramel chews and crème brûlée with a lingering dry spice. The nose offers ripe orchard fruit, raisins, toffee and vanilla. On the palate are caramel chews, crème brûlée, ripe banana, figs and a touch of nougat. The finish is juicy, with raisins across the palate and a touch of oak.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
