Starward Tawny Casks is an Australian single malt, bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. The spirit was filled into cask in 2018 and bottled in 2022.
It was finished in Tawny fortified wine barrels from McLaren Vale, after maturation in the distillery's red wine barrels. The red wine casks add juicy red fruit and spice.
The Tawny barrels bring toffee and raisin notes, likened to a panettone.
