Starward Unexpeated is an Australian single malt in a 70cl bottle, matured from 2017 to 2021. The whisky spent those years in red wine casks. It then received a finish in casks that had held Islay peated whisky, which gives the name its small joke. It was bottled unfiltered and without added colour.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
