A three-year-old Danish rye whisky from Stauning, distilled in pot stills from a mash of 49 per cent barley and 51 per cent malted rye.
It matured from 2018 to 2022, first in charred American white oak, then in sweet wine casks that had held Marsala, Gewurztraminer and Ramandolo.
The distillery bottled it at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle, unfiltered and uncoloured. The outturn is 2,909 bottles.
