Stauning – El Clásico Danish Whisky (70cl)

Stauning El Clásico is a Danish rye whisky in a 70cl bottle, finished in vermouth casks. It spent three years in American virgin oak and then a further year in old Spanish vermouth casks, a pairing described as a Nordic whisky with Iberian blood. The taste is warm and intense, with newly harvested grains, followed by a spicy, bittersweet aftertaste.
