Stauning HØST is a Danish blended whisky, made from the distillery's own rye and single malt whiskies and bottled at 40.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Its character comes from maturation in bourbon casks and in heavily charred new American white oak. A final maturation followed in first fill Port barriques. The whisky is of natural colour and is not chill-filtered.
