This is a Danish whisky from Stauning, bottled at 40.5% in a 70cl bottle. It is made from locally grown barley and water from nearby Stauning Lake.
The whisky was aged in a mix of American oak, sherry and new charred oak barrels.
It is described as smoky and rich, with dried fruit, caramel, spice and a hint of peat, and a smooth, complex finish.
