Stauning – Smoked R.Y.E. Sherry Oak (70cl, 53%)

Stauning Smoked R.Y.E. is a Danish rye whisky and the first bottling from Stauning Studio, the distillery's creative workshop. It is also the first time the distillery has brought rye and smoke together. It is made from locally grown, floor-malted rye and barley, gently smoked with Danish peat and heather. The whisky matured first in new American oak casks, then received a finish in Moscatel sherry casks. It is bottled at 53% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
