The Musician is a straight bourbon from Still Austin in Texas, in a 70cl bottle. The mash bill is 70% white corn, 25% rye and 5% malted barley.
The nose is pineapple and toasted coconut. The palate recalls s'mores, with marshmallow between graham cracker and chocolate, alongside roasted almonds with brown sugar, toffee and cinnamon. The finish brings tropical fruit and baking spices.
