Stockman's Whiskey

Stockman's Whiskey is made by Willie's Distillery in Ennis, Montana. It combines the distillery's spicy rye whiskey with the sweetness of Canadian whisky. The name pays tribute to the stockmen of the American West and to the bootleggers who carried rye spirit during Prohibition. The colour is dark amber with mahogany tones. The nose is warm, with vanilla, seasoned oak, caramel and a little rye spice. The palate is smooth, mixing caramel and vanilla with spicy rye, toasted oak and gentle grain sweetness. The finish is smoky and peppery, with lingering oak and rye spice.
