Strathisla 10 Year Old is a Speyside single malt distilled on 27 May 2016 and bottled in 2026 by Signatory Vintage at 46%. It comes from the Un-Chillfiltered Collection, drawn from casks 22 and 23, and has no added colour.
The whisky first matured in refill sherry butts, then spent more than two years finishing in first fill Pedro Ximénez butts.
The nose is ripe plums, dark raisins and dried figs, with malty sweetness, syrup, vanilla and a touch of cinnamon. The palate is full, velvety and creamy, with dark cocoa, honey and stewed fruit. The finish is long, with sweet raisins and dark fruit giving way to oak spice.
