Strathisla 1991/2022 is a single cask Speyside single malt, distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2022 after more than thirty years of maturation. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 42.3%, without chill-filtration or added colour, and the used barrel yielded 146 bottles.
La Maison du Whisky selected it for Artist #12 Legendary Distilleries, a series of single cask bottlings devoted to Strathisla.
The nose is fresh and floral, with jasmine, lilac and lily of the valley, then roasted pineapple and dried grapes. The palate opens with vanilla flan and lime tart before turning milky with coconut, alongside alfalfa and hay. The long finish brings vanilla, malt, ginger and cinnamon, then white chocolate and almond milk.

Fresh and delicate, jasmine, lilac, lily of the valley, roasted pineapple, dried grapes, then sage, rosemary and candied citrus
