This is a seven-year-old Australian single malt from Sullivans Cove, matured in a double cask and bottled at 46.9% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2020 as cask DC110.
The release is limited to 1,314 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose is rich, with vanilla, tropical fruit and spicy oak. On the palate it is full-bodied and smooth, with caramel, honey and a touch of spice. The finish is long, warm and lightly sweet, with fine oak spice.
