Sunshine 25 Years Old 1990 Cask Strength Single Malt (70cl)

Sunshine 25 Years Old is a cask strength Japanese single malt from 1990, in a 700ml bottle. It is a one-off release and the last under the original Sun Shine label, with later single malts to appear under the Saburomaru name. Only 500 bottles were filled, each presented in a porcelain decanter with a wooden display case. Wakatsuru Shuzo, whose Saburomaru distillery has made whisky since 1952, peats all its malt heavily, to 50ppm, which is unusual in Japan.
